I spotted their scarfs from across the room and I just had to introduce myself. These lovely boys were visiting from Milan, hence the fabulous-ness. The clothes are actually from H&M, but the accessories and adorableness are imported.

See Spots ~In a good way with polka dot shorts
Accosted this girl while she was attempting to order a brownie and latte. While everyone else wore outfits that matched the dreary weather. She remained cheery in polka dots. The shorts are from Japan. (Really need to head over there!) But you can find similar ones here and here.
