Pj’s Coffee & Tea- Highland Park, NJ
In New Jersey this week visiting the parents. Good for food and a few laughs, but for work…not so much. Luckily NJ has a piece of New Orleans thanks to Pj’s Coffee & Tea in Highland Park.
The center of town has a great number of cute shops and eateries. Their suburban alleys are decorated with murals instead of urine target practice.
The coffee shop is well laid out with an area for single laptop use and an area for groups to over analyze stanzas. They have a great selection of sandwiches, mini pizzas and even quesadillas. The coffee and espresso isn’t that strong, but it is well made and inexpensive.
All in all a great place to get some writing done while in Central Jersey.
