Season of the Witch: Witches are Having a Moment
In the 90′s we had Charmed and The Craft. Now we have 90′s babies playing chosen ones and sorceresses on shows like The Vampires Diaries and The Secret Circle.
Luckily Hollywood isn’t letting the teens have all the fun. Snow White and the Huntsmen has Charlize Theron playing one bad ass mutha and Once Upon a Time’s Lana Parrilla gives the same role magical layers.
But what about us readers? Aren’t there any witchy wonders on bookshelves that we can tap into?
Deborah Harkness’s A Discovery Witches quenched my thirst for sorcery for a bit, but what will I do until the next installment?
The Witch’s Daughter & Daughters of the Witching Hill
